Registration deadline: June, 8^th

Registration fees :  

Early bird registration fees (up to May 15^th) :      270€   for all participants

Late registration fees (after May, 15^th) :     370€   for all participants 

Registration fees include welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinner and social event.

Procedure for registration :

/!\ Please note that following your registration on the registration page your will receive an E-mail with a link to pay your registration fees. Your registration is only validated once the fees are paid.

i) If you have submitted an abstract:
            - fill the registration form
            - follow the link provided in the mail you receive to pay your registration fees
            - confirmation of payment of registration fees validate your registration

ii) If you haven't submitted an abstract:
            - to fill the registration form you will first need to create on account on the conference
              website to give you acces to the registration form.
            - follow the link provided in the mail you receive to pay your registration fees
            - confirmation of payment of registration fees validate your registration
