Information for Presenters

Oral Presentations

Format:

• Plenary presentation slot will be 60 minutes long, which should include a 45-minutes presentation followed by 15 minutes of questions and answers.
  

• Invited presentation slot will be 40 minutes long, which should include a 35-minutes presentation followed by 5 minutes of questions and answers.

• Contributor presentation slot will be 30 minutes long, which should include a 25-minutes presentation followed by 5 minutes of questions and answers.
  

The schedule of the conference will be strictly maintained, so you are strongly encouraged to ensure you have enough time to deliver all the content within the allocated time slot.

On the day of your presentation:

Please note that personal laptops are not allowed to be used for your presentation.

Presenters are kindly asked to bring the slides (.pdf or .pptx format only) on a USB device and to pre-load them on the computer session at latest during the break before the session starts, to allow technical check.

If you have videos embedded in your presentation, you are strongly encouraged to test whether they will play correctly well ahead of your session.
